Garden Hose Warranty Policy

• For all returns regarding garden hoses that are not defective, 
  Please submit a return request using our contact us form. InSideOut will provide a prepaid shipping label on all garden hoses within 14 days of purchase.
  
  
• For returns that occur outside of our 14 day free return period: 
  The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. For a full refund, all returned hoses must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original selling condition. Hoses that are returned used, damaged, or not in their original selling condition will receive a partial refund.

• For defective hoses that occur within 90 of purchase:
  Please file a return request here. For all defective hoses, InSideOut requires a picture of the hose with the ends cut off to assure that the hose has been out of use. Once pictures are received, a full refund will be issued.

• For all defective hoses that occurred outside of 90 days after delivery:
  You must file a warranty claim. For all warranty claims, you will receive a a full refund in the form of a universal Visa gift card.
