Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may proceed with a return once the item is delivered.
